Im a spouse visa..can u answer my questions that there is also a spouse visa can be deny in her interview?

there is also a spouse visa can be deny duirng her interview in manila embassy?

what will happen to the spouse if she will not pass the interview?Im a spouse visa..can u answer my questions that there is also a spouse visa can be deny in her interview?
yes, there are people that have been denied a spousal visa. it's usually because the consul doesn't think that the marriage is real. that maybe, the person only married for visa or money. it is evident whether the couple truly love each other or whether they're just married for convenience purposes.

also, if you have convictions (committed crime) in the past, that could also be grounds for a denial. i know one couple that were denied because the husband has used/ uses drugs.

what will happen is that the person cannot go to the US. the couple can hire an attorney to help plead the case... but it's still up to the authorities to give you a visa or not. hiring an attorney doesn't guarantee an approval.

if that's the case, you might want to reconsider settling in the philippines instead.Im a spouse visa..can u answer my questions that there is also a spouse visa can be deny in her interview?
Where are you getting a visa to? To America from Manila, as long as your marriage is real you should have no problem. Just act natural and be yourself and you'll be fine.
