If i have Permanent resident permit of canada, can i sponsor my spouse?

I am planing to go canada and will get resident permit too, but 1 year or six months later i want to sponsor my wife it is possible or what?


please let me know the procedure what do i have to do. as i have to go alone intially.If i have Permanent resident permit of canada, can i sponsor my spouse?
As soon as you're issued your permanent residency card and got a full time job plus your place, you can right away sponsor your spouse....... make sure that your wife' name is included on your dependents when you're filling up your application form.
