I know I need to file the injured spouse form (Form 8379) with my taxes, but can't figure out how to access it on the website. Can I e-file and submit the form at the same time or do I have to snail mail everything in? I'm not stuck on HR Block - If there's a way to do it with another brand I would consider it...How do you add an injured spouse form when filing on HR Block's website?
You must mail it in. You will have to do it manually. You should be able to get the form on the irs website.
