Allowances such as what? If you are deployed theres the family sep. You get housing with dependents. After a certain rank you no longer get the BAS. But otherwise, just because you have a family, they are not entitled to extra allowances.

no. spouses or dependents do NOT get paid by the military unless they themselves are in uniform.
