Has anyone ever heard of the Military Relocation of Spouse Pay?

I received money when we moved, but now we are trying to figure out where it came from so my neighbor can ask?? Everyone thinks we are crazy...am i or does it exist??Has anyone ever heard of the Military Relocation of Spouse Pay?
There is no such thing as Military Relocation of Spouse Pay.

DLA- Dislocation Allowance to pay for deposits, food, etc... Everyone receives it, depends on Rank/Rate for AD member.

MALT - $.24 per mile when you drive

Per Diem - $109 per day for AD member, 75% for those over 12, 50% for those under 12.

TLE - up to $180 per day for 10 days when waiting to get into a place.Has anyone ever heard of the Military Relocation of Spouse Pay?
Are you talking about DLA? that's Dislocation allowance. It's money they pay you for the inconvenience of moving,to pay for temporary housing and having to set up deposits and such. It's about $1800 or so depending on where you are going.

It is usually direct deposited about 10 days before a PCS.

EDIT: What you received WAS DLA. You do not have to pay it back..you are fine. I don't know why your neighbors didn't know about DLA. It's something everyone gets when they have to PCS.
there is DLA: dislocation allowance. a set rate based on paygrade that is meant to help defray the costs associated with moving.. deposits filling up the fridge etc. this does NOT have to be paid back.

other than the normal HHG moving expenses like Per diem and MALT while in transit there really is nothing else unless you did a DITY or partial DITY and got paid for transporting some or all of your HHG yourself. sometimes you can make money this way.. but often it is not very much.
you DO recieve money to move. What was the situation? Were you both living at one base then PCSed to another and then got money after the move? Or was this right after tech school and only the spouse had to move? but it's not for the spouse...it's for the both of you
It's called DLA(Dislocation allowance) which is equil to one months BAH and everone that moves PCS gets it free. You don't have to pay it back. It's designed to help offset the costs of setting up a new house/apartment.
You get a relocation allowance/Temporary Lodging Allowance, ect.... spouse pay no
